Purpose Leads and contributes to the overall success of Global Brand & Customer Insights employee voice research activities across the Scotiabank Group of Companies on Canadian and international mandates ensuring specific individual goals, plans and initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Accountabilities • Leads and drives a customer focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge. • Working with the Senior Manager, provides support for the Employee Engagement COE. • Support the content creation and effective delivery of several programs to support Employee Listening Program. • Ensures effective alignment of goals, key deliverables and supports the program management of large employee engagement and voice projects. • Participates in strategic business plan development and ongoing business meetings / decisions with Global HR partners and key business line leaders. Identifies the right strategy and solutions to meet business objectives, provide strategic direction for the business. • Provides strategic insights and solutions to leaders on Talent (Employee) priorities and needs. Delivers input and feedback on program / policy design to the Directors across Global HR and provides recommendations on program execution. • Supports data analysis, report requirements to identify themes and trends. - Leveraging data, prepares written analysis and creates insightful reports with recommendations, with support as required. - Synthesizes insights from a variety of sources to clearly communicate cohesive and impactful stories. • Champions a high-performance environment and demonstrates a commitment to Scotiabank's values: accountability, passion, integrity and respect.
