We have a varied sort of clients which include Retailers M&S and Waitrose , Private Sectors, Hotels & Leisure Holiday Inn / David Lloyd gyms and Government buildings. We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient individual to join our team as an Air Conditioning Supervisor / Senior Engineer. The successful candidate will have experience currently working as a senior engineer or supervisor and hold extensive experience in the air conditioning industry Key Responsibilities: Assist engineers & trainees with technical faults and offer on site training currently employ 6 engineers Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks on air conditioning units. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with air conditioning systems, ventilation and a small amount of refrigeration 90 reactive 10 PPM Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and equipment specifications. Commute to the office when required this would be 10-20 – the rest would be working as a working supervisor Adhere to safety protocols and regulations. Visit ListedBuy for more information.
